CORE VALUES  -  WHAT WE TEACH

INVESTMENT IN PEOPLE

Your people are the most important part of your business.  Investing the appropriate amount of time, training and resources and clearly defining expectations in an organized concrete group of systems is your most important investment. The grandest hotel, best chef, and most innovative menu will not perform without the right people in place to deliver your vision and expectations.

ACCOUNTABILITY & CONSISTENCY

Now that you have invested in your people, holding them accountable to your expectations and being consistent will instill your vision and expectations into them more easily.  This will build their confidence in their own abilities and begin a trusting relationship. Look at holding your people accountable as a positive action and make sure they know what you expect.  Also, evaluate and provide feedback as often as possible.

COMMUNICATION

Information is power.  Effective and consistent communication between you and your people and within the entire organization will wield the power of your team to operate effectively, consistently, and cohesively.  Lack of the same will keep the power off and guests elsewhere.  Communication is essential and is an action that must be trained, coached, practiced and honed every day between every person.

SYSTEMS

Your people are on board.  They are trained.  They know what to expect.  They are accountable to themselves and to your vision and expectations.  They are a cohesive team that communicates effectively and efficiently.

The every day systems by which your business operates are now easier to develop, perform, evaluate, quantify and qualify to ensure you are profitable and successful.  I refer all of my clients to Fred Langley and his team at Restaurant Systems Pro for their software and services.
